County two step is a great social dance for beginners and pros alike.

Cha Cha

Cha Cha is a lively, fun, cheeky and playful dance that grew out of the Cuban Mambo. It is comprised of triple chasse steps and rock steps. An energetic dance that will get your heart pumping and put a smile on your face.

Country Waltz

Country waltz is a ballroom and folk dance in triple time, performed in closed position. It is mainly progressive, going counterclockwise across the dance floor. Both postures as well as the body frame are usually relaxed with posture bordering on a slouch.

East Coast Swing

East Coast Swing is a type of social partner dance. It is part of the group of swing dances. It is danced under quick swing music that also includes rock and roll and boogie-woogie.

Night Club

Nightclub Two Step is one of the most practical and versatile social dances which anyone can easily learn. The dance is characterized by rock steps and long glides across the dance floor that makes it slow, romantic and floaty.

Polka

Polka is a dynamic, energetic, social dance that originated from the peasants of eastern Bohemia now known as Czech Republic and spread to Prague in the 1830’s. While dancing, Polka couples characteristically circle the dance floor, often in careless speeds utilizing a simple, close, step and hop technique.

Triple 2 Step

Triple two step is also referred to as double two step. It is also called  the shuffle or the Fort Worth shuffle. This dance is classified as a separate competitive dance style and usually danced to slower music. The footwork timing is often called out as triple step, triple step, walk, walk.

West Coast Swing

West Coast Swing is a partner dance which originated from Lindy Hop. The dance is characterized by a distinctive elastic look that results from its basic extension-compression technique of partner connection. It is mostly performed in a slotted area in the dance floor.
